The SFB TRR 341 “Plant Ecological Genetics” is a collaborative research consortium based in Cologne and Düsseldorf, which extends across a total of 9 German institutions. This consortium brings together expert researchers across various disciplines in the plant sciences, with the aim of linking ecology and genetics to study plant adaptation. Our consortium is currently looking for 10 doctoral researchers (PhD students) to join us for our second funding phase on diverse projects investigating plant ecology and genetics. The successful candidates will be located where the project is based, i.e. one of the following institutions: Universities of Cologne, Düsseldorf (HHU), Bochum (RUB), Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research (MPIPZ, Cologne) or Julius-Kühn Institute (JKI, Rostock). All doctoral researchers part of the TRR 341 will automatically be affiliated to the Graduate school for Ecological Genetics, which provides the opportunity for strong networking among researchers despite the physical distance. Please find the list of open projects here: https://trr341.uni-koeln.de/join-us Please send your application by Friday 10th of July and find all the details here: https://jobportal.uni-koeln.de/ausschreibung/renderFile/2632?propertyName=flyer For further information, please feel free to contact trr341-office@uni-koeln.de -- Dr. Sophie-Asako XERRI Scientific coordinator for TRR 341 Graduate School for Ecological Genetics (GEcoGen) coordinator (to subscribe/unsubscribe the EvolDir send mail to evoldir@evoldir.net)
