The Diversity Committee of the American Society of Naturalists is once again organizing EEB Mentor Match. eebmentormatch.com There is a short application window (apps due Aug 17), but the application is only a short form. Mentees: Get help applying for grad school or fellowships in ecology & evolution (broadly defined to also include animal behavior, marine science, conservation biology, wildlife management, etc.). Learn the hidden curriculum of what works and what not to do from folks who have already trod this path successfully. Mentors: We're looking for senior grads, post-docs, or faculty in these fields willing to give advice to those looking to apply for grad school or fellowships. The number of mentors is often the limiting step in this process, but it's rewarding "work". EEB Mentor Match is organized by the Diversity Committee of The American Society of Naturalists, but forever indebted to Samniqueka Halsey (University of Missouri) and Terry McGlynn (Cal State Dominguez Hills) who made it a success!
