Postdoctoral Position: Harnessing the Full Range of Resistance in Ash Through a Pan-European Pangenome The Yant Lab at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in Uppsala, Sweden, is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to join a new project investigating the genomic basis of resistance in European ash (Fraxinus excelsior). The project will build a pan-European pangenome and apply population genomics to identify and understand naturally occurring resistance to ash dieback, with the goal of supporting resilient forest restoration. Applicants with expertise in evolutionary genomics, population genomics, bioinformatics, plant genetics, forest genetics, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
