This intensive 5-day course introduces the principles and practice of agent-based and individual-based modelling (ABMs/IBMs) using NetLogo. Participants will learn how to design, implement, and analyse simulation models relevant to ecology and beyond, guided by leading experts Prof. Volker Grimm and Prof. Steve Railsback.
 
Expect a highly hands-on format combining lectures, coding tutorials, and independent project work. By the end of the week, you will be able to build, test, and evaluate your own ABMs and apply best practices in model design and analysis.
