Last chance - Streamlining your research workflow has never been more accessible with modern computational tools. Using AI to Learn Python for Data Analysis is a 2-day seminar livestreaming June 23 and 26 with Peter Gruber (Faculty of Economics, USI Università della Svizzera Italiana). By leveraging AI assistants to write and debug Python code, evolutionary biologists can rapidly build custom pipelines for processing large genomic datasets. This approach allows researchers to transition away from restrictive point-and-click software toward fully reproducible workflows for phylogenetic and population genetic analyses. Participants will gain the practical skills needed to automate data cleaning, run complex statistical models, and ensure their evolutionary research meets the highest standards of replicability.
