the Physalia online course Metabolomics with R/Bioconductor will take place in November 17-20.

The course is aimed at students and researchers who want to learn how to work with metabolomics data in R and Bioconductor, covering the whole process from study design and data preprocessing to statistical analysis.
We will work with both targeted and untargeted metabolomics data, with plenty of hands-on work in R. The practical sessions will include xcms, PCA, univariate and multivariate analyses, missing data and feature annotation.
 
The course will run online from 09:30 to 13:30 Berlin time each day and will combine lectures, practical exercises and discussions.
