Dear all, We are pleased to announce the online course “Spatial Proteomics Data Analysis in R/Bioconductor: From Mass Spectrometry to Subcellular Maps”, taking place 10–12 November (12:00–16:00 Berlin time each day). Course website: https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/spatial-proteomics-in-r/ This hands-on course will introduce participants to the analysis and interpretation of MS-based subcellular spatial proteomics data using R/Bioconductor tools and reproducible computational workflows. Through practical exercises, participants will learn data processing and quality control, exploratory analysis, protein annotation, dimensionality reduction, clustering, and machine-learning approaches for protein localisation prediction, culminating in the generation of comprehensive subcellular maps. We welcome participants from around the world and encourage anyone interested in computational proteomics and subcellular protein localisation to join us. For further information about our courses and workshops: https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/spatial-proteomics-in-r/ Best regards, Carlo -------------------- Carlo Pecoraro, Ph.D Physalia-courses DIRECTOR info@physalia-courses.org (to subscribe/unsubscribe the EvolDir send mail to evoldir@evoldir.net)
